Meet your teacher

I am Kath and I am passionate about helping people make great bread at home. I have been teaching bread making at my cookery school since January 2015. When I first started making bread I was terrible at it. I turned out many bricks and frisbees. However, I was determined to get it right so I set about teaching myself how to make delicious bread that I would be proud to share with family and friends. Once I had cracked it, I became passionate about it (some would say obsessed) and I love to share my tips and tricks with others so that they can achieve the same success.
